Located at the mouth of the beautiful Cowiche Canyon, what started as a few garden rows has grown into a community effort, powered by volunteers and local supporters.
We Grow

We begin with the soil. Seeds are planted in rhythm with Yakima Valley seasons. Volunteers tend each stage of growth until every bloom is ready to be shared.
We Share

Volunteers bring dedication and heart. They sow seeds, harvest blooms, wash buckets, trim stems, and carefully store flowers. Each step ensures every bouquet is fresh and lovingly prepared.
We Create

Flowers are gathered and arranged with purpose. Volunteers turn stems into bouquets that leave our farm ready to brighten days and bring moments of connection to patients.
We Give

The gift of flowers carries meaning beyond beauty. For patients, each bouquet signals care, community, and hope - a reminder that they are valued and appreciated.
We Sell

At local farmers markets, our flowers find new homes. Bouquets connect neighbors with our mission, raising support. Each purchase helps deliver comfort and kindness to patients.

Our Offerings

At Canyon Blooms, we bring people together through flowers. Our farm offers a variety of seasonal products, experiences, and opportunities to connect with nature and creativity:

Seasonal Workshops
- Flower Arrangement Classes
  Learn the art of floral design using blooms grown right here on the farm.
- Wreath Making Classes
  Hands-on classes where participants create seasonal wreaths using fresh and dried botanicals, natural greenery, and farm-grown materials.
Farm Tours – For an additional purchase with our workshops, we offer guided tours through our flower fields, while learning about our process and mission.
Bouquet Sales – We offer fresh, locally grown flowers for purchase, thoughtfully arranged using seasonal blooms. Proceeds support the ongoing work of Canyon Blooms and help extend our community impact.

As we reflect on 2025, we want to extend our deepest gratitude to everyone who made Canyon Blooms possible this year.

Because of your generosity, time, and belief in our mission, Canyon Blooms continued to grow, deliver, and share flowers as a gesture of kindness across Yakima Valley. Each bouquet represented more than flowers. It carried care, dignity, and human connection to individuals in hospice, long-term care, memory care, shelters, and senior communities.

Our volunteers showed up consistently, often behind the scenes, to plant, harvest, arrange, and deliver with intention. Our donors and supporters ensured that this work could continue sustainably and responsibly. Our community and healthcare partners welcomed these small but meaningful moments of beauty into places where they matter most.

This work is never done alone. Canyon Blooms exists because of a collective commitment to compassion, stewardship, and service. We are profoundly thankful for every person who contributed in ways large and small throughout 2025.

Our Mission

Petals for Patients uses the therapeutic power of flowers to comfort those in our community facing hardship and suffering. Our small non-profit flower farm depends on community funding and volunteer efforts to fulfill our mission. Your support is deeply appreciated.
